Youth Ministry
A place for middle and high school students to grow in faith, build friendships, and encounter Christ.
About
At St. John the Evangelist, Catholic Student Ministry (CSM) exists to help students in grades 6–12 grow as disciples of Jesus Christ and faithful members of His Church. While Pathways is our parish's primary family faith formation program, Youth Ministry provides additional opportunities for students to explore their questions, deepen their faith, and build Catholic friendships.
High school students meet through Dead Theologians Society, while middle school students gather for Middle School Youth Nights. Students are also invited to retreats, service opportunities, social events, and trips throughout the year.
Hosted by Nick and Paeter Labrie with a team of trained and background-checked adult volunteers, our Sunday gatherings are held from 5:00–6:30 p.m. at the Labrie home (address provided with registration), with youth welcome to stay until 7:00 p.m. for fellowship.
Parents are welcome to stay, and youth are encouraged to invite their friends. For more information, contact Nick Labrie at [email protected] or 850-786-2954.
