About
Recovery is hard. And for many people, the standard paths, while helpful, leave out something essential: the soul.
Catholic in Recovery brings together the wisdom of recovery programs and the grace of the sacraments. It's a place where you can be honest about your struggles and find support from others who understand, without leaving your faith at the door.
This ministry offers a confidential, compassionate space for anyone dealing with addiction, compulsive behavior, or the effects of someone else's addiction. Meetings include prayer, reflection, and conversation. Confession and spiritual direction are available for those who want them. The goal is healing of body, mind, and spirit.
You don't have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to show up.
