Root is the next stage of our family formation journey at St. John the Evangelist. Centered on the Creed, Root helps us explore the essential truths of Catholic Christianity and grow in our understanding of who God is, what the Church teaches, and what it means to live as disciples.
This experience is designed for the whole family, with age-appropriate formation for adults, teens, and children. Together, we will learn, reflect, ask questions, have meaningful conversations, and discover practical ways to live our faith at home and in the world.
Root will meet at church every other week. During the in-between weeks, your family will meet together at home. Be not afraid, we'll walk you through how to do this and provide everything you need for at-home sessions! ;)
Dinner begins at 5:30 PM, followed by the Root session from 6:00–7:30 PM.
